Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT Governance framework.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement governance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular governance audits and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve governance posture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance and Digital Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of IT Governance principles and frameworks.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
