Microbiological Testing Analyst

This role involves performing microbiological testing analysis on various samples, ensuring the quality and safety of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform microbiological testing analysis on finished drug product, in-process materials, stability samples, and environmental monitoring.
  2. Responsible for the calibration and use of laboratory instrumentation.
  3. Complete documentation associated with analytical results in a timely manner.
  4. Report and document any non-conformances to the QC Manager.
  5. Support the training of other analysts.
  6. Ensure training compliance within assigned work areas and quality control.
  7. Perform additional duties as directed by the QC Manager.
  8. Support the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols.
  9. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the laboratory.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective laboratory operations.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  12. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities and results.
  13. Provide expert advice and guidance on microbiological testing and laboratory procedures.
