Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Qualification Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems, equipment, and facilities are qualified and validated to meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, engineering, and risk assessment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures and processes to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to design test strategies and methodologies for qualification and validation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design test strategies and methodologies for qualification and validation applications
  • Coach and train sites' quality and operational areas on qualification and validation best practices
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of applicable quality and regulation requirements in all projects under your responsibility
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University or equivalent qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar scientific field
  • Typically requires 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality and qualification and validation in an industry environment
  • Advanced knowledge of quality, engineering, cGMP, ICH, and ISO guidelines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
