Counter Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Counter Manager to lead our sales floor in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving retail objectives.

About the Role

This dynamic position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for beauty, and excellent communication abilities. As the face of our brand, you will make connections with customers, demonstrate products, and deliver world-class brow services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets are met through effective delegation and connection-making.
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets by demonstrating products, booking appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct daily meetings, communicate effectively, recognize positive work, and motivate the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Create engaging in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity initiatives.
  • Ensure the counter is stocked, report concerns, and maintain open communication with store/department and area managers.
  • Complete administrative tasks, assist with managerial duties as needed, and create fair monthly staff schedules.
