Senior Road Infrastructure Director Role


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Road Infrastructure Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile road infrastructure projects across Ireland.


About the Role
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver large-scale road infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the design, development, and implementation of road infrastructure projects.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success and meet client needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise on road infrastructure design, construction, and management.

Requirements
  • Chartered Civil Engineer or Equivalent: Hold a relevant degree and have extensive post-qualification experience in road infrastructure design and delivery.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess up-to-date knowledge of road infrastructure design, construction, and management practices, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
