Job Overview
eir evo talent is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the monthly payroll processes for over 800 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership and management of the monthly payroll processes for over 800 employees.
2. Manage and co-ordinate the monthly payroll amendments for joiners, leavers, overtime etc. for our outsourced payroll partner.
3. Generate Monthly payroll reports from our internal systems and ensure the data is processed correctly and sent to our payroll provider on time.
4. Review and approval of the monthly payrolls provided by our payroll provider.
5. Respond to all payroll queries as they arise.
6. Manage business relationship with a third-party payroll provider.
7. Other ad hoc tasks including reward administration, reporting and HR System data management.
8. Process monthly deductions/payments for health care, pensions, travel pass, bike to work scheme, overtime etc.
9. Responsible for the coordination efforts between Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts and other departments to ensure the accurate flow and maintenance of employee data.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
11. Drive improvements to monthly payroll processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.
2. Ideally have experience in managing end to end payroll process which includes customer service experience.
3. Ideally have experience with secondments.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word) & HRIS systems skills.
6. Strong administration and organisational skills.
7. Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proven ability to identify and resolve problems using a team-based approach.
9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings.
13. Collaborate with HR colleagues and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
14. Assist in audits and ownership of necessary documentation.
15. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
