  • Develop and enhance business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies across the organisation
  • Conduct risk assessments and scenario planning to mitigate IT and cyber risks
  • Lead incident response efforts, ensuring swift coordination during disruptions
  • Work closely with IT, security and leadership teams to align resilience strategies
  • Maintain documentation for BCM/DR activities and conduct regular plan reviews

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery and cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of the NIS2 Directive and risk management frameworks
  • Proven track record in developing, testing and executing BC/DR plans
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
