Job Summary:

This is a part-time, permanent contract for a Healthcare Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Driving retail sales through upselling and cross-selling services
  • Maintaining stock levels at optimal levels
  • Accurately performing cash management duties
  • Maintaining company standards and presenting the pharmacy to the highest level
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Previous OTC sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
