The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management principles and have experience working in a care environment. They will be self-driven, focused, and highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This full-time role will be based from our Sligo office, but the successful candidate will be required to travel to residential services across the Northwest and western regions.
About the PositionThe Quality Assurance Coordinator (Healthcare) will be responsible for managing our Quality Management System, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery meet the required standards. This includes developing and implementing quality improvement plans, conducting regular risk assessments and audits, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A third-level qualification in health, social care, or quality management
- Experience working in a care environment, particularly in quality management
