Client Services Role Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting client meetings by preparing reports, reviews, and financial analysis.

  • Maintaining accurate client data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or financial services support role.
  • Confidence communicating with clients and providers both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
