How You'll Drive Innovation

Our Services and Platform Engineering organization is growing in Dublin. We're hiring software engineers to join cross-functional teams across various domains – content and playback services, commerce, identity, vehicle and device services.

What You'll Deliver

  • Collaborate with experienced teams of engineers, product managers, and designers
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, performant, and resilient backend systems
  • Participate in system design and architecture reviews to influence technical direction
  • Drive software quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive engineering culture through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and leadership
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
  • Author and review technical design documents and root cause analyses
  • Continuously learn and grow in your engineering craft and domain knowledge

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Fluency in at least one programming language and working proficiency in multiple languages
  • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance, and scalability principles
  • Familiarity with full lifecycle software practices including CI/CD, testing strategies, and incident response
  • Ability to work autonomously on moderately complex features or services
  • Pragmatic decision-making with an understanding of business and technical trade-offs

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and message-driven architectures
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation pipelines
