As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen areas and outlets to ensure the highest standards of quality preparation and presentation of all menu items.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing all aspects of kitchen operations to maintain consistency in delivering 5-star standard cuisine.
  2. Implementing high standards, developing menus, managing food costs, and dealing with suppliers.
  3. Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members on cooking techniques, food preparation, and plating.
  4. Ensuring a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifying food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of HACCP, and good working relationships with suppliers. If you have experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant and are passionate about delivering exceptional cuisine, we encourage you to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2 years of previous experience in a similar environment.
  2. Excellent knowledge of standards and consistent quality in line with our 5-star standards.
  3. Good Training &/or recognised chef qualifications.
  4. Good working knowledge of HACCP.
