The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, optimization, and qualification of technologies, test methods, materials, processes, and products.
Responsibilities- Conduct material and product testing in a methodical and accurate way to capture results according to Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Lead the planning and building of trial products, sourcing materials, inspection, labeling, shipping, and storage as directed.
- Develop prototypes for concept development and innovation or improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate new testing methodologies, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Offer technical assistance to various teams, executing tasks, developing ideas, and solving problems.
- Collaborate in Test Method development and qualification.
- Maintain laboratory equipment setup and ensure smooth operation, including calibration and participation in Lab and office 5S initiatives.
- A Level 7 qualification in a technical or scientific field is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or packaging industries is desired.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated team player.
