\Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Porter and Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel at night.
\Main Responsibilities

- Receive a comprehensive handover from the daily porters, receptionists, and manager on duty.\
- Complete docket checks as required and report any discrepancies to the early duty manager.\
- Carry out regular security and fire checks, logging any irregularities in the handover book and reporting to the duty manager.\
- Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, ensuring their luggage is handled promptly and professionally.\
- Deal with guest enquiries and needs quickly and effectively.\
- Cover bar service once the bar staff has left, maintaining accurate cash and stock procedures.\
- Clean public areas, maintain the premier lounge, and refresh meeting rooms as assigned by management.\
- Set up meeting rooms to the agreed standard, checking all equipment is correct and functional.\
- Check the fax machine regularly and distribute faxes or messages to guests promptly.\
- Compile a detailed report of night shift events in the diary and hand over any issues to the duty manager, receptionist, and day porter on duty.\
- Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by management.\

Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have previous experience in a similar position, with knowledge of security and fire procedures. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
