We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will support strategic business initiatives and drive tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for corporate and people tax matters
  • Support strategic business initiatives and advise on corporate residency, permanent establishment, governance and regulations
  • Contribute to and advise on transfer pricing, R&D credits, tax audits, interactions with tax authorities and market trends
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance and tax provisioning for multiple European entities and branches
  • Monitor international employee mobility and assess implications for corporate tax, payroll, social security and benefit schemes
  • Partner with HR, Global Payroll, Mobility teams to support employment tax returns, UK PSA, IR35, expatriate compliance and other financial obligations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the adoption of tax technology, data analysis and forecasting
  • Maintain a strong control framework and contribute to overall tax risk management, audit readiness and compliance assurance
  • Track evolving tax legislation across Europe and lead the implementation of necessary changes, updates and amendments

The ideal candidate has significant experience in a similar corporate tax role, ideally with international or European exposure. They should possess strong advisory skills and an accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA) required; tax qualification (e.g. CTA) is a strong advantage.

Additional requirements include excellent communication, project management, time management and analytical skills. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is also essential.
