Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge power products. The ideal candidate will oversee projects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables and dependencies are met.
- Evaluating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating day-to-day program activities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment across teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience, preferably in silicon development or electronics systems design.
- Proven success in leading large cross-functional teams through influence.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
