Job Description

The Deal Desk - Junior Analyst role is a central point of contact for Fenergo's customers and prospective customers for commercial and contractual information.

You will facilitate new sales and incremental sales opportunities by liaising with Fenergo's sales, technical, and legal teams to deliver timely information and documentation to customers.

Ensuring Fenergo speaks to customers with 'one voice' and maintains consistency of our commercial and contractual approach from engagement to engagement is crucial.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in overseeing the end-to-end management of the contracting process, including managing all commercial related documentation for customers.
  • Working directly with sales reps to structure complex deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and discounting policies.
  • Evaluating contract terms, pricing, and special requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinating with SMEs to draft responses to our Subscription Agreement.
