Site Inspector Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Site Inspector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence and be able to ensure that all work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and Irish building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality control - alignment with design and industry standards
  • Site inspections and monitoring progress
  • Documentation and reporting issues
  • Facilitating communication between clients, architects, and contractors
  • Identifying and resolving any problems that arise on-site
  • Compliance with safety, sustainability, and environmental guidelines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Inspector or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to site locations
