Job Title: Care Service Director
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to manage our home care services. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting the operational management and growth of our home care division.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high-quality care delivery to our clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular visits, phone calls, staff feedback, and surveys.
- Work towards business growth targets and ensure KPI delivery.
- Manage your own diary for effective time management.
- Client Relationship Manager for assigned territories.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Community Health Care Assistants and administrative staff.
- Support recruitment process for home care positions.
- Present status reports to the management team as required.
We are looking for a compassionate leader with a proven ability to drive excellence in care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' management experience, preferably within the healthcare or community services sectors.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with the confidence to manage complex care scenarios and diverse teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Proven experience in team management, including recruitment, scheduling, supervision, and performance support in fast-paced environments.
