Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage ongoing administration of all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems, and compensation and benefits.
  2. Coordinate employee induction and onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  3. Contribute to monthly payroll and support the resolution of payroll issues in a timely manner.
  4. Utilize HRIS systems – Workday, Kronos, Visier – to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
