Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
The Project Director will initiate, plan, execute, control, and manage all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success. This includes determining and discerning detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodology, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects within medical devices/Pharma/manufacturing industry. A Bachelor's (Hons) Degree in a related field is also required.
The Project Director will facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, utilize historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations, and establish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships.
This role requires excellent documentation and communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills, and the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
The successful candidate will have extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large scale project plans, excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
