">Job Description:
">We are seeking Carers who can provide high-quality care and support to our clients as per their Care Plan. This includes personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, and supervising medication. Our Carers must be able to observe, listen, and engage with our clients while being punctual and managing time effectively.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality care and assistance to clients">
- Observe, listen, and engage with clients">
- Be punctual and manage time effectively">
- Communicate with the office any changes or concerns in relation to client needs/care">
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations">
- Have a valid driver's license and own transport">
Requirements:
">Carers should have started/completed QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent and be fluent in English both verbally and written.
">Benefits:
">Our Carers will receive a competitive rate of pay - up to €19 per hour (paid fortnightly), refer-a-friend scheme (up to €500 per referral), mileage allowance (up to €150 per month), full training provided, EAP scheme, bike-to-work scheme, uniform & PPE provided, and promotions available (Senior HCA/Rapid Response/Office opportunities).
