Senior Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a food and beverage environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for serving bar guests their orders promptly and courteously, accurately recording guest orders and serving beverage orders, and ensuring proper garnishing of drinks.

Additional duties will include maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the bar menu, wine and beer list, and content of drinks to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Serving beverages at weddings and other evening functions
• Processing guest checks accurately
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working area and station
• Up-selling opportunities to promote additional sales
• Liaising with the Bar Manager concerning set-ups and reservations

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
