MCS Group is a leading recruitment agency partnering with growing organisations to drive their strategic agenda.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Generalist to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a pivotal member of the organisation, you will be responsible for HR Operations across multiple sites.

The role:

You will support the wider SLT in driving forward their strategic objectives while providing effective people solutions. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, leading onboarding and workforce planning, and acting as the main HR contact for employee queries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and hiring coordination.
  • Lead onboarding process and support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Act as main HR contact for employee queries and provide policy guidance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within a similar HR role.
  • 3rd level qualification in HRM or related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of Irish employment law and employee relations.
