Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional with expertise in environmental management and planning to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines while implementing sustainability projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits for noise monitoring, water sampling, and dust collection
  • Ensure timely renewal of planning permissions
  • Monitor expiry dates of planning permissions
  • Carry out audits and assessments on quarries
  • Develop and implement effective environmental management systems
  • Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with consultants on planning projects
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of environmental and planning laws and regulations
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quarry management
  • Experience with audits and regulatory interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of environmental, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting
