Young People Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a residential care worker. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, accepting, and secure environment for young people in our care.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with vulnerable populations and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management teams.

For this role, we require a driving license and minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following areas: Social Care, Social Work, Psychology (Level 8), Child & Adult Psychotherapy, Youth & Community, Teaching, Nursing, Social Science, Counselling, Addiction Studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with the management team to ensure the creation and maintenance of a warm, accepting, and secure environment for young people in residential care.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for supporting the emotional, social, and educational needs of young people.
