Chief Wine Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled wine professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in hospitality or fine dining, along with a strong interest in wine and relevant qualifications such as WSET L2.

• Consistently meet and exceed guest expectations in the service of wines and beverages.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all wines and spirits.
• Deliver knowledgeable, precise, and attentive wine service to every guest.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and flexible with working hours, available to work 5 days across a 7 day period (weekends & Bank Holidays included). They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
