Your New Role

As a Senior Engineer and Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and implementing project delivery in the mid-west region. You will work closely with teams to gather operational information, ensure on-time delivery, and accurately define project goals.

You will lead the team, prioritise workload, delegate tasks, and support the Project Director. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Liaise with teams to gather operational information and implement solutions
  • Lead and coordinate team activities, delegating tasks and prioritising workload
  • Support the Project Director in completing outstanding issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A level 8 degree in civil, structural or a relevant engineering discipline
  • Design consultancy experience in Ireland, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in MicroStation and Rebar
  • Civil/Structural Design experience on building projects, with knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards
