Responsibilities:
  • Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
  • Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
  • Compile monthly reports per company standards
  • Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims
  • Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns
  • Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
  • Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM
  • Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors
  • Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting
  • Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors
  • Monitor site procurement and reporting

Requirements:

A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services. Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of Electrical packages. Experience working on Data Centre/Pharmaceutical projects would be advantageous.

The successful Electrical Quantity Surveyor must be in Ireland or the UK at present and eligible to work in Ireland without the need for a permit.
