About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior & Sous Chef to join our Dublin team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for helping to create a unique culinary experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in menu planning and creation, working closely with our Executive Chefs to ensure every dish is perfect.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
  • Train and support your team members to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment effectively to minimize waste and costs.
Operational Excellence
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience as a Junior & Sous Chef in a similar environment.
