Job Title

Apart from having a passion for Fragrance & Beauty products, you will also be an expert in client-facing sales. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help them find the perfect product for their needs.

As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in our mission to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate your knowledge and passion for Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare products.
  • Provide personalized experiences for our clients that are authentic and tailored to their needs.
  • Ensure excellent client service in accordance with our rituals and standards.
  • Build and develop long-lasting relationships with our clients to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Contribute to the sales performance by leveraging various tools and services provided.
  • Uphold an omni-channel mindset to deliver seamless experiences across in-store and online channels.
Requirements:
  • Service-oriented approach with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
  • Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs.
  • Fragrance & Beauty product knowledge to close sales effectively.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to adapt selling ceremonies to client needs.
  • Passion for Fragrance & Beauty products, services, and brands.
  • Problem-solving attitude to overcome obstacles and objections.
