EAP Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Promotion expert to join our team. As a key member of the Health Promotion team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing non-clinical Health & Wellbeing initiatives, as well as providing EAP support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar role, with a relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience. You will also possess strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as IT proficiency and a full clean Driver's Licence.
You will report to the Regional Health Promotion Manager and be responsible for collaborating with the Health Promotion Officer and other Health Promotion EAP officers in relation to health promotion.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and develop non-clinical Health & Wellbeing initiatives
- Provide EAP support to a specified region
- Support specific Health Promotion programmes across ESB Group
- Stay up to date on changes in professional practice and legislation
- Maintain appropriate records in line with GDPR
