**Geriatric Nursing Leader Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced RGN to fill a Geriatric Nursing Lead position in partnership with our client, a reputable nursing home in Co. Wexford.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in caring for the elderly and hold a post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional leadership and management skills to promote a high-quality care environment
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in healthcare clinical management
