We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MSP Partner Manager to help drive growth. The successful candidate will be accountable for acquiring and developing new MSP Partners and MSP Distributors that align with the company's business objectives, while also ensuring existing partnerships are nurtured and maintained.
Your Mission:
- Stay up-to-date with MSP industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned MSP partner accounts.
- Drive strategic business planning with key partners to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Build strong relationships with the sales field and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, fostering a 'one team' culture.
- Leverage Salesforce, Clari, and PRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to enhance field scalability.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize results.
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an MSP Partner Manager or MSP Partner Implementation experience.
- Analytical, technical skills, and a solid strategic planning ability.
- Experience leading product demos and product enablement virtual and in-person meetings.
- Experience with common MSP topics such as integration, whitelisting, whitelabeling, tenant architecture, revenue models, user access management/AD management.
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven results in a partner-oriented sales environment.
- Understanding of SaaS, sales, and partner management in fast-growing software companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
