As a Manufacturing Engineer II at Edwards Lifesciences, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence. This challenging and rewarding position requires a strong background in engineering principles and experience with Lean methods, statistics, and project management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Apply technical knowledge to improve manufacturing processes and optimize production efficiency
- Develop and execute experiments to qualify and validate manufacturing processes
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues, including CAPA and non-conformances

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or equivalent engineering discipline, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering or a scientific field. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CAD experience, are also essential.

- Strong understanding of statistical techniques and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with lab/industrial equipment and Edwards Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
