Job Opportunity in General Adult Psychiatry
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Adult Psychiatry Registrar to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our psychiatric services.
Key Responsibilities- To provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- To participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- A current registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC)
- Relevant clinical experience and training in general adult psychiatry
- Membership or part membership of a relevant professional organization is an advantage
- Prior experience working in Ireland or the UK is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English language required
