- Preparing Information Memorandums, negotiating transaction documents, and managing deal execution.
- Assisting clients with Mergers & Acquisitions, Management Buy-outs, Fundraising, and related activities.
- Drafting pitchbooks, presenting to clients, and assisting with client origination.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Corporate Finance, including exposure to analytical activities, presentation of data, and financial modelling. A strong understanding of corporate finance principles, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in an advisory firm or investment bank are essential.
