Job Responsibilities:

The Clinical Trial Manager will serve as the leader for the Study Management Team, with ultimate responsibility for the set-up, planning, and coordination of clinical trials through to study closure. This includes managing and tracking key study metrics to ensure adherence to project milestones, communicating with other departments, and reporting to a Clinical Program Leader.


Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Successful execution of clinical trials worldwide
  2. Timely delivery of projects
  3. High levels of quality and attention to detail
  4. Effective collaboration with colleagues, vendors, and clients


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in clinical trial management/trial oversight in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO
  • Proven track record in successfully managing various aspects of trials from Start-Up to Database Lock and Trial Closure (End-to-End study experience)
  • Experience and ability in coordinating global or regional teams in a virtual environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
