Retail Marketing Specialist

As a merchandising professional, you will represent top FMCG brands in-store daily, championing the brand by working professionally and passionately to maximise shelf space and promotional areas.
Key responsibilities include building and optimising displays, developing strong relationships with in-store personnel, efficiently managing stock rotation and accurately capturing and reporting merchandising activities and competitor insights.
This role requires proven merchandising experience in the off-license/off-trade sector with a passion for brand representation. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and physically fit, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can confidently work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Tech-savvy with strong IT literacy and the ability to use handheld devices and apps efficiently.
