Job Title: Guest Services Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Services Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Manage guest luggage and ensure it is stored safely and securely.
  • Assist the reception team with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Perform various porter duties, including cleaning and maintaining public areas of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer-facing experience is essential, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
  • You must be reliable, flexible, and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multitask is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, such as luggage and equipment.
