Bartending Expert

We are seeking a seasoned and professional Bartending expert to take on a key role in our establishment.

This is a full-time position requiring an average of 42.5 to 45 hours per week. You will work five days out of seven, including weekends and public holidays.

You will be working closely with the hotel's Food & Beverage Manager on day-to-day operations, taking a leading role in the bar while on duty, and driving the development of the bar/bar trade.

• Taking charge of the bar service, ensuring high standards are met and providing excellent customer care at all times.
• Preparing drinks and managing general bar duties.
• Developing and training junior staff.
• Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Senior Bartender.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to lead and develop junior team members.
• A good knowledge of the beverage industry and product range.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
