Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at TN Ireland. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our People Managers on various HR-related matters.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to People Managers on HR activities, including performance management, change management, organizational effectiveness, skills development, learning, total rewards, and colleague engagement.
  • Collaborate with our Global Centres of Expertise to ensure consistency of service and contribute to process improvements.
  • Leave, absence, and related topics, including coordinating return-to-work accommodations and logistics with the HR Services Team.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field and CIPD qualification.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
