Desktop Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term contract position located in Dublin 8, requiring full onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex end-user hardware and software issues that cannot be addressed by the helpdesk.
  • Document and communicate effective solutions to various technical problems.
  • Collaborate with Active Directory: create users, perform password resets, account removals/transfers, Group Policy, and User Permissions management.
  • Address all end-user hardware/software problems that cannot be resolved by the helpdesk, including local software, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance issues.
Additional Tasks Include:
  • Mobile Phone Support
  • Audio-visual Systems
  • Windows Updates
  • Printing Services
  • Release emails or websites blocked by filters

Candidates should possess at least 6+ years of experience working in a Level-2 support role.
