About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement and Support Specialist to join our team at TN Ireland. As a key member of our procurement and support team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless procurement and support processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source Materials: Source materials and products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  2. Manage Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
  3. Support Customers: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native level of English (C1/C2) and proficiency in one of the market languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish).
  • Proficient PC user with knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Experience in procurement, logistics, or a strong interest in working in a Supply Chain environment.
  • A high sense of responsibility and personal commitment to continuously improving yourself.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who can assist colleagues in achieving business goals.
  • Display empathy and ownership in handling customers' queries and complaints.
  • A proactive and positive can-do mindset with the ability to take on multiple tasks in a busy environment.
