Job Title

We are seeking a visionary Data Science leader to spearhead the development of advanced AI solutions.

This role involves leading complex AI initiatives, architecting scalable machine learning systems, and mentoring a team of engineers and data scientists.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing AI-driven analytical solutions and identifying opportunities to support business needs in a quantitative and scalable manner.

Activities include designing and deploying machine learning models, building intelligent systems, conducting performance analyses, ad hoc reporting, and AI-powered data visualizations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading complex initiatives and projects to derive insights and automation from AI models and systems
  • Translating client/stakeholder needs into AI-driven technical solutions
  • Identifying rich data sources and overseeing the integration, cleaning, and transformation of datasets
  • Delivering high-quality AI solutions and tools within agreed-upon timelines
  • Guiding others to develop sophisticated AI models and engineering solutions
About This Role

A strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms is required.

Experience with complex neural network architectures and transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, ViTs) is preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
