About the Role

The Cedar Foundation is seeking a Team Leader to join their team. This role will be part of the management team and will support the Registered Manager to meet the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and DHSSPS Residential Care Homes Minimum Standards, August 2011.

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality care and support.
  • Support with the management of resources.
  • Mentor and supervise the Support Team.

You must be available to work flexibly and be available to work unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis.
