About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and mentor engineers within our team.

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be expected to have a thorough understanding of theoretical and practical applications of engineering disciplines.

You will lead and manage full mechanical design on projects of all sizes, demonstrating excellent client care.

You will also provide quality control for mechanical engineering projects, manage project costs, and lead project teams and cross-functional teams.

  • Minimum degree level in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in Building Services Consultancy Design.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office and experience with thermal modelling, energy assessment, and dynamic energy modelling software.
  • Commercial sector knowledge and BIM experience are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and experience in mechanical design areas such as Water Services, Heating/LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above-ground drainage, and BMS.

Deep knowledge of Irish building regulations, particularly TGD part B, F, G, L, is essential.
