About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by providing top-quality care to people in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Help with meals and feeding support.
  • Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers.
  • Accurately follow and document care plans.
  • Encourage independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Your role will involve working closely with our Care Management Team to deliver exceptional care services to our clients.

Requirements
  • Care Skills or Healthcare Support qualification.
  • Care of the Older Person qualification.
  • 1+ year of care experience and a willingness to complete additional training (provided free).
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • A full driving licence is an advantage.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland - sponsorship not available.
