Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing business support to management and colleagues, ensuring effective service delivery, reporting, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
• Assist with budget management, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Use business information systems to manage and deliver activities with accurate and timely information
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and hospitality
• Manage correspondence, handling emails and phone communications to ensure timely responses

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in business administration, customer engagement, and financial reporting
• Strong IT competency, including CRM/database management and Microsoft Office/365
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and identify emerging business needs

Benefits:
• Competitive salary: £25,372 per annum
• Hybrid working arrangement: 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 days office attendance
