Project Lead Opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Project Lead to join our team. In this role you will work within a dynamic environment, playing a key role in managing multidisciplinary projects, ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and on-time delivery of water related projects.

Our company is an industry leading consultancy within the Water Sector. We are involved in a wide variety of projects across the sector including water resources, wastewater networks and treatment, water treatment and supply, flood mitigation and other specialist areas.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high level of quality.
  • Provide excellent client service as a key expectation of our team members.
  • Manage a portfolio of water sector projects and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
About You
  • Minimum 10 years post graduate experience; experience of project management in water, energy or other utility/infrastructure sectors preferred.
  • Ideally hold an industry recognised project management qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification or similar.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and building successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of proactive risk management and mitigation and strong client service orientation.
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation and client service, with ambitions to contribute to team growth within the sector.
